Synopsis:
BLOOD ON THE PECOS has two main characters: Many Wolves, who is haunted by nightmares of Comanches killing his white parents, and Laughing Crow, who is the feared leader of the Nokoni Comanches that threatens to take Many Wolves from his Apache village.
Many Wolves is forced to flee to the high country where he kills a young Comanche who is hunting the wolves he loves. Laughing Crow will stop at nothing to find the man who killed his son. The book closes with a face-to-face confrontation between Many Wolves and Laughing Crow.
